If you are traveling and trying to use our Webmail program, and you notice that you can’t see any messages in your inbox, chances are good that there are too many messages on the server for your POP account. So here is what you can do to fix the problem…

  1. You’ll need to email us so we can help you clear that out.
  2. When you get home you’ll need to set your messages to erase from the server. For online tutorials about how to go about doing this, please click here. (If you are an Apple Mail user, click here, and go to step 13)
