Internet Explorer part VII
For those of you that are using windows you may already know there is an update to Internet Explorer called Internet Explorer 7. I made the mistake of installing it on my windows machine here at the office and it didn’t work at all, just keep freezing up and crashing my computer, so I deleted it and went back to IEXP 6 for now.In any case, if you did get it to work, be aware because it saves it’s cookies a different way than the old Explorer did. You have to have cookies enabled for webmail to work correctly. I haven’t been able to find all of the technical details of it yet, but if you are having trouble with our webmail program and you are using IEXP 7, it’s because of the way that it saves cookies. I would recommend getting Mozilla Firefox, using the older explorer, or hanging out until they release a patch to fix the cookie deal.Thanks for reading, take care, and an early Merry Christmas to all of you.Adam
