Get Human
Have you ever called a company and spent an hour on the phone just to even get to a human voice? Have you ever waited that whole hour, while your cell phone is going in and out of “roaming,” only to get the person on the phone and they can’t even help you? I saw on the news this morning that more and more companies are going to automated customer service solutions. (aka)… Stall the customer as long as possible with these computers so that you don’t have to waste your expensive resources (people) on them.Man it’s so frustrating to waste all that time typing in numbers and information that an hour later the “real person” is going to ask you for anyways. Not to mention, I am guilty of making these calls when I am driving, I had to stop myself after my first squirrel maiming. The poor little guy would still be alive if only I would have hosted my website with dogbark.com. This whole automation thing makes me so thankful to work for a company that values their customers enough to actually answer the phones when they call. If we can’t help you that second, the second we get off the phone we are working to solve the problem. I can’t say enough, when it‚Äôs your business and it relies on good customer service, why would you want to talk to a computer? Well if it was Johnny 5 I might have to make an exception.Check out gethuman.com for tips on how to get to an actual person when you have to call those corporate companies. It has some great FAQ’s if you are interested in reading more about this issue. Thanks, have a great week!!Adam
