Resolved: Earthlink again
Earthlink is once again, without reason, blocking mail from our servers. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible, but please note that we probably won’t receive notification from Earthlink that the block is lifted, so we won’t be able to notify you when it is resolved. As soon as we find that the block is lifted, we will post here again.
Update: According to customer reports, email started flowing through forwards to Earthlink accounts last night. Based on the lack of response from Earthlink regarding both the enacting and repeal of these blocks, we would strongly advise any DogBark customers using a mail forward to an Earthlink account to consider setting up a POP account with us.
