Customer Service at it’s Best

This morning on the today show I saw a truly sad, yet somehow funny story about AOL’s customer service. It’s really hard to describe, and you know what they say… “a video is worth a thousand words…” or something like that. Check it out at youtube.com, or check out Matt Ferrari’s website here.The day that I spend 21 minutes on the phone to cancel a service I think I’ll freak out. On the opposing side, the day that I spend 3:00 telling someone why they should keep using a service I offer, when they obviously aren’t happy with it, that will be that day that I know my service stinks.
