Adobe Lightroom
This is a cool new application that Adobe is working on. One of our customers told me about it, so I just had to give it a test run 
It sort of reminds me of iPhoto but has a lot of really cool features. Including being able to make your own gallery for your website, with an internal upload/publishing feature. Pretty cool stuff.
